Mirrors are an essential and important element of decoration in modern and modern homes. It gives the house luxury, beauty, and a more spacious look.
But like other furniture, mirrors need to be cleaned periodically to maintain the performance and aesthetics of the house.
In the lines effective home steps to polish mirrors at home:
1- Different levels of dirt and dust on mirrors lead to different cleaning and polishing methods. For example: calcium deposits can be identified by their white textured spots. While hard-to-remove tartar deposits are milky white deposits.
2- Vinegar is an inexpensive and effective way to clean a mirror. However, buffing crystals requires a microfiber towel dampened with warm water and then wiped dry
3- If the mirror is not very dirty, you can wet the microfiber towel with warm water and wring it dry to wipe the mirror. And make equal circular motions to avoid dirt, then use the second towel.
On the other hand, if there is a lot of dirt, the detergent should be diluted with a basin of warm water and wipe the mirror with a sponge.
After waiting a minute, wipe the surface with a dry microfiber towel. It should be noted that shaving foam can be replaced with dish soap diluted with water
4- It is recommended to remove any stubborn deposits on the mirror, using a cleaning cloth dipped in rubbing alcohol.
Next, use glass cleaner or a cleaning solution made of equal parts washing-up liquid, warm water, and white vinegar.
Add the above ingredients to a spray bottle and shake well. Spray the solution onto the glass while rubbing with a microfiber towel (or crumpled newspaper) to get a shine. It is important that the towel (or newspaper) is cross-shaped, not circular.
